Beginnings Learning Center is a private, tuition-based preschool and early learning center that has served Philadelphia families since 1975. Beginnings Learning Center 2026–2027 Tuition and Rates
Stars
Approximately 10–16 months
A caring, responsive start to early learning, with daily opportunities for literacy, art, music and age-appropriate exploration.
Full-time: $2,100/month
Part-time: $1,700/month
Tuesday–Thursday, 3 full days
Teddy Bears
Approximately 17–26 months
A supportive toddler program centered on each child’s individual needs, with plenty of encouragement, attention and opportunities to explore.
Full-time: $2,050/month
Part-time: $1,650/month
Tuesday–Thursday, 3 full days
Tigers
Approximately 27–3 years
A safe and stimulating environment where children learn through play, build independence and develop cognitive, physical and social skills.
Full-time: $2,050/month
Part-time: $1,650/month
Tuesday–Thursday, 3 full days
Preschool
Approximately 3–5.5 years
A comprehensive preschool experience designed to prepare children for their next stage of learning through Blueprint literacy, art, movement, outdoor play and community experiences.
Full-time: $2,000 per month
Part-time: $1,600 per month
Five half days, with 1:00 p.m. pickup

Beginnings offers infant, toddler, and preschool programs for children approximately 10 months through 5.5 years old.

Yes. Part-time options are available within each program. Stars, Teddy Bears, and Tigers offer a Tuesday–Thursday schedule of three full days. The Preschool program offers five half days with a 1:00 p.m. pickup.
