Beginnings offers a great place to start your child on their successful path to lifelong learning.  The daily schedule at Baby Beginnings is custom tailored to your child.

At Beginnings, your baby will be exposed daily to literacy, art, and music.  These activities will help your child explore their emerging literacy, expressive, and receptive communication skills and their cognitive development.

The preschool provides an extensive curriculum so when your child leaves they will be ready to continue learning.  The morning consists of a comprehensive schedule conducive to learning. Each morning the children will experience up to 30 minutes each of movement, art, and Blueprint, a literacy program developed by Children’s Literacy Initiative. Each teacher conforms their lesson plans to the individual needs of each child.

In addition to daily trips to Seger and Palumbo Parks, the Preschool class takes regular field trips to places such as Charles Santore Library, the local Fire Department, and Whole Foods. They also attend Sound All Around at the Kimmel Center and Museum Looks and Picture Books at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
